Antenna: composed of more 4.000 tonnes of steel.
Mechanical floor: seven mechanical levels located every 30 floors, where is located the machinery that governs the building systems.
Used steel:  Structure: 31.500 tonnes. Total of the building: 39.000 tonnes. Concrete used in contruction: 330.000 m3.

2. SHAPE:
The main structure of the building is based on "organic inspiration", taken from the  HYMENOCALLIS flower.

Like petals from a stem, the tower's wings extend from its central core.

his most inspiring muse was a regional desert flower, the Hymenocallis, whose harmonious structure is one of the organizing principles of the tower's design.

3. TYPE OF STRUCTURE:

The base of the building has a core and three lateral sections that protrude from it. These wings or side sections each ascend to a different height and make the building structure narrower. The location of the wings forms a spiral staircase with the direction to the left, that surrounds the building and serves to counter the strong winds and storms of the sand of Dubai.
